Register with us as a New Patient

Registration of new patient takes place during the weekdays upon completion of the registration form please follow the steps below to register. You do not need to proof of ID, address, immigration status or an NHS number in order to receive care or see a GP.

You will get an sms message confirming your registration this can take up to 48 hours

You will receive a phone call from our HCA to clarify your information and for a general health screening at this point you may be asked to attend the practice for a face to face appointment with HCA

Your registration is complete!

If you have any difficulties trying to register please contact 020 8983 7479.

When you join the practice you will be registered with the practice and not with an individual doctor. You are encouraged to see the same doctor whenever you have a regular appointment. For an urgent appointment you will be allocated to any of the doctors available for that session.

We do not discriminate our patients or carers on the grounds of race, gender, social class, age, religion, sexual orientation, appearance or disability or their medical condition.

Note: If you live outside of our catchment area and wish to still register with Harley Grove Medical Centre we would not object to that. Please bear in mind that in that situation we would NOT be able to do home visits if your health condition ever required that. If you have any long term conditions we would especially encourage you to register with a local GP surgery. If you live outside of our catchment area please enter our post code “E3 2AT” so our practice shows up.
