Our phlebotomy service are performed by trained Health Care professionals who take blood samples from patients who have been identified by their GP as needing a blood test. This service is usually available to anyone from the age of 12 years and above, who is registered at the practice.
Patients need to ensure that they have a blood test form that has been provided by the GP.
We also are able to provide this service to children from between the ages of 4 – 11 years old, but appointment is limited. If you are unable to arrange an appointment at the practice for your child or someone you care for between the age of 4 – 11 you can arrange an appointment at Royal London Hospital Children’s Bloods
