Please book to see the GP for an initial assessment and the nurse for repeat prescriptions once you are completed your first 3 months of medication.
Please ensure your smears are up-to-date.
You can either book an *online appointment with the Practice Nurse, or alternatively please phone the reception desk on 020 8983 7479 to arrange your appointment.
